Natalie is a Marketing, Brand & Business Leader with 15 years’ experience in research & marketing across beauty FMCG & luxury goods. She has a background in multinational and local companies, with exposure across Europe, Middle East & Indian Subcontinent.
Natalie has experience in all aspects of brand management within a market delivery organisation, launching the largest ever Lacoste female fragrances initiative in the Middle East, achieving record share and doubling the business on Duracell within 3 years. She has also worked for a Market Research Agency in the UK, which has allowed valuable insight in shaping marketing strategy, planning and support as the backbone of all marketing activity. Natalie is recognised for ability to collaborate, innovate, operate with discipline and drive all key projects to exceed expectations.
Born and bred in the UK, she has lived in the UAE for 8 years.
